For our client, who is specialized in data collection, we are looking for enthusiastic native Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speakers. You will be conducting interviews by telephone assisted by a computer (CATI). For this specific B2B project, the interviews are related to a survey regarding access to finance of enterprises. Your challenge is to convince and enthuse respondents to participate in pre-coded questionnaires. The questionnaire mainly consists of close-ended questions. Interview duration is approximately 15 minutes. This project will likely start on 4th September 2023 and will end on 13th October 2023. Opportunity to dial is basically: Monday to Friday, between 09 AM and 17.00 PM. Are you positive, flexible, customer-oriented and do you like to get to work? • results-driven, enthusiastic, professional, excellent verbal communication skills
• native Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish
• basic computer literacy skills
• persuasiveness to convince people to participate in surveys
• perseverance to keep yourself motivated in a work-from-home environment
• availability of minimum 20 hours per week (preferred); less hours can be discussed
• available to conduct telephonic interviewing during weekdays

• Desktop or laptop computer (Macbooks are not supported)
• Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
• Anti-virus protection software
• Internet access (DSL, cable and/or Fios)
• Google chrome
• Required internet speed of 5mbps upload and 20mbps download
• USB headset. Jabra or Logitech strongly recommended – no wireless headsets
